If you’re like most people, you start strong, and then lose motivation over time.

In order to make habits “stick” long-term; we need to make our environment as conducive as possible to keeping them alive.
 
One of the ways we can do this is to create external accountability structure, like support groups, workout buddies, or simply meeting new people who are also creating these same types of habits.
 
When we’re creating new habits, we are re-wiring our brain, and that ish takes time, perseverance, and support. Good intentions are not enough. Inspiring goals are not enough. Vision boards – as much as I love them – are not enough.
 
We need to, as my dog’s trainer likes to say, “rep it” until it’s natural. Until it’s easy under any circumstances. Until it’s just part of who are.
 
We need support for the inevitable “valley of despair” that will come when we are taking consistent action but haven’t seen the result yet.
 
We need support to fall in love with the boredom and routine for those in-between times when it seems like we’re just in the endlessness of the grind!

That’s why I’m so stoked to update you that I’m expanding the options for Holistic Habits™ to include a QUARTERLY workshop (in April, July and October – exact dates TBA) and a Facebook group with regular check-ins for support throughout 2020.

Each workshop will be available for $47 a la carte, but if you want the whole shebang, including the Facebook group, you can register for all of it for $150 (that’s basically like getting one workshop free)!

I've even included a payment plan option, so you can break it into 2 payments if that's easier.
