I'm super excited to provide this super powerful group coaching program for people seeking a healthy lifestyle! Especially if you have ever "failed" at eating healthy before!!
In Holistic Nutrition Foundations, you will be busting through your barriers and discovering how to *truly* nourish your body. This class teaches you to break free from the dogma of dieting, trust your body, and eat intuitively. I'm looking forward to helping you become an even more epic version of yourself!
In the Holistic Nutrition Foundations Group Coaching Program™ YOU will spend 6 weeks DISCOVERING AND PRACTICING what it takes
FOR YOU to be holistically healthy:
mentally, physically, and spiritually.
you'll learn how to:
Create a mindful eating practice that translates into more ease and peace of mind in every area of your life
Balance your blood sugar, and how it can fix issues with your energy, mood, and sleep
Easy, practical ways to troubleshoot your digestion, and how digestion works
Listen to your body, eat intuitively, and understand why diets don't work
Get your power back from the shame spiral of emotional eating
Understand your cravings and give your body what it really needs
This program is delivered PARTIALLY through zoom video conferencing (free for the student) and in a private Facebook group, which functions as part classroom and part support group.
classes will be held on monday evenings at 4pm Hawaii / 6pm west coast time
*If you are not able to attend the live cLASS sessions in person, you will HAVE ACCESS to THE RECORDING, but i strongly recommend you attend in person!*
You will receive handouts at every session including a food / mood journal to support you in your mindful eating journey.
WE WILL START WITH THE BALANCED DIET TEMPLATE ON WEEK TWO, BUT YOU WILL RECEIVE FOOD LISTS ON WEEK ONE TO HELP YOU PREPARE.
You will also receive a personal nutritional assessment at the beginning and the end of the program, to help you apply the lessons to your specific health needs and goals.
This is a 6-week program focusing on not only diet and nutrition, but health in all of the following areas:
MIND + BODY + SPIRIT
a before and after nutritional assessment (previously only reserved for my 1:1 clients)
a balanced meal template and food lists to help you ditch processed food and eat for your health
coaching to overcome barriers that may have stopped you in the past when trying to begin a healthy eating program
a private Facebook group for support
weekly live Q & A calls
