Hi, I'm Michelle Casey!
It’s nice to (virtually) meet you! I’m glad you’re here.
I love to help people with digestive and hormonal issues bring balance to their body, mind, and spirit using a holistic blend of cutting-edge science and ancestral wisdom.
(Which, turns, out, is also science! Who knew?!)
I’m certified with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, the Nutritional Therapy Association, and the Functional Diagnostic Nutrition program. I’m also a Certified Autoimmune Protocol Coach. I’m a lifelong student and just recently started formally studying herbal medicine with the American College of Healthcare Sciences.
When I’m not studying, working with clients, or creating online courses, you can find me outside exploring the Big Island (Hawaii!), doing deadlifts, cuddling with my fur babies, or having a Netflix marathon with my husband.
I consider myself a real food revolutionary. I don’t follow the dogma of the masses, I question everything, and I think you should too. I constantly perform nutritional science experiments on myself, some of which have resulted in putting my Ulcerative Colitis into remission and reversing my subsequent Osteoporosis.
In my holistic nutrition practice, I work with you to discover your unique healing opportunities, using a combination of in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and functional lab testing.
We work together to develop a sustainable set of changes that you can make to bring more balance to your whole system - mind, body and spirit!
